We ship direct from our greenhouse in Ningi, Queensland and deliver to customers living in Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria and South Australia. Please note that if you live in a regional area, shipping costs may incur an increased charge. Unfortunately we do not ship to Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory due to Australian Quarantine Laws.
We use Aramex Couriers to transport Wilde House plants to the above listed states. Aramex Couriers know how precious houseplants are and will ensure to deliver your new best frond in the safest, quickest way from our greenhouse to your home.
We offer FREE shipping on all of our plants. Our shipping takes 3 to 14 business days from dispatch depending where you live in Australia. Once the order has been dispatched from our greenhouse, the delivery is in Aramex Courier's hands.
We will make sure your order is fulfilled within 24 business hours of receiving it to ensure your leafy plant is delivered safely to you as soon as possible. Orders placed over the weekend and on public holidays will be dispatched the following business day.
If you're not at home when your plant arrives, Aramex Couriers will leave your order in a shady and safe spot.
Each order may only ship to a single address. Orders shipping to multiple addresses must be purchased separately.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the day that your plant will arrive to its new home - the delivery timeframe is dependent on Aramex Couriers. Please contact Aramex Couriers directly to request a specific delivery day and/or timeframe.
RECOMMENDED ORDER TIMEFRAMES
Please see below our recommended order timeframes to minimise the time the plant is spent at the shipping depot over weekend periods:
- South Australia: Best ordered Sunday to Wednesday
- Victoria: Best ordered Sunday to Wednesday
- ACT: Best ordered Sunday to Thursday
- NSW: Best ordered Sunday to Thursday
- QLD: Best ordered Sunday to Thursday
Please note that we do not dispatch our plants on Friday with our shipping courier to ensure the plants do not sit in the shipping depot over the weekend.
At this time, Wilde House does not accept returns on plants, pots and accessories. If your plant, pot or accessory has arrived damaged within 5 days of receiving the order, please email us with a supporting photo. Please read our Terms here first. We do not accept responsibility for orders that have been left outside once delivery has been confirmed with our courier.
